WELCOME TO DANCE EXCELLENCE!... Hosted in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Dancers from around the world come together for 1 week of classes, performance, and fun. Take a look at this sneak peek into all of the exciting things that we have waiting for YOU.
Who’s Ready?
We’ll kick off Dance Excellence by meeting each studio from around the globe at a Welcome Orientation. We’ll dance together in a fantastic Performance Workshop then party the night away!
We have an amazing line up of Master Teachers & Classes. 4 days and over 30 hours of Classes in Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, African, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, and Performance.
Our invited Directors will have the opportunity to participate in special “Director Only” activities where they will be honored and recognized for their dedication to arts education. AND we even offer a few special classes and trips for the Parents!
This week is FILLED with exciting performances where you will have front row seats at Monday Night Live, created especially for DANCE EXCELLENCE… Your Master Teachers and their Companies in a live concert!
We’ll all travel to Hollywood for an evening at the theater to see a top Broadway show. Then YOU have the opportunity to perform at the happiest place on earth… that’s right… DISNEYLAND! Each studio is invited to perform at the Fantasyland Theater, Ride the rides and Meet Mickey Mouse!
During our final day together, you will get to dance for each other at International Performance Boards. Studios may dance in 5 categories with special performances in the Variety Section where cultural dances from around the world are shared. In the evening, we’ll celebrate together at a Glamorous Awards Gala and end the night with an original production – featured dancers from each studio are the stars of the show – The Dance Excellence Company Dancers!
This is a week that we want to see you learn, grow, make new friends, dance from your heart and most of all… HAVE FUN, FUN, FUN!
